Written by One of my informed readers just sent me this story about the United States considering purchasing an Air Force One replacement from Airbus.
Sitting next to me, my daughter exclaimed “Why don’t we just turn ourselves back over to the British? Let’s just tell them they won, and that we are incapable of taking care of ourselves. They can start governing us again.”

Sorry, Katie, but our country has already been sold to China! Three trillion and counting, all borrowed and “off the books” when the Federal budget is presented to Congress. Mission Accomplished!
Why not? If Airbus is going to build a more quality Air Force One then more power to them. The United States is not the super power it once was ,don’t get me wrong it is still a heavy hitter, but back on subject if another country can build a better safer and more technologically advanced air craft the the US then let them build it. I am happy yo hear that we are willing to have it built by another country if it is a better help for our nations president who ever it may be.
